Overview

The Iver Johnson Arms HAWK9 is a 1911-style semi-automatic handgun chambered in 9mm with a 9+1 capacity. It features a 4.25-inch barrel and is built on a steel frame with a matte blued finish. Designed for improved handling, the pistol includes a beavertail grip safety with a memory bump, an extended thumb safety, and a skeletonized hammer and trigger. The slide is finished in matte blued steel with front and rear angled serrations and a lowered and flared ejection port. Sighting is provided by a Kensight dovetail front sight and a Novak LoMount rear sight. The pistol is outfitted with double diamond fine-line checkered walnut grips and includes a slightly beveled magazine well to facilitate quicker reloads. The total length of the firearm is 8 inches, and it weighs approximately 39 ounces. Each pistol comes with one magazine, a manual, a gun lock, and a hard plastic lockable gun case.
