Overview

The Hornady 9mm 115gr XTP (eXtreme Terminal Performance) bullet is engineered for hunting, self-defense, and law enforcement applications. It features six symmetrical serrations that divide the jacket, initiating controlled expansion even at lower handgun velocities while preventing fragmentation at higher speeds. The XTP design utilizes a swaged core and drawn copper jacket to ensure total uniformity, balanced expansion, and in-flight stability. Many handgun bullets are optimized for a specific velocity, but the XTP is designed to expand reliably across a wide range of handgun velocities to deliver deep terminal penetration. Some XTP bullets include a cannelure to lock the jacket and core together and provide a secure crimp. This product is for reloading purposes and is not loaded ammunition.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
