Overview

Hornady InterLock 7mm 162gr Boat Tail Spitzer (BTSP) bullets are designed for hunting applications. These bullets feature a tapered jacket and an InterLock ring—a raised ring inside the jacket that is embedded in the bullet's core. This design keeps the jacket and core locked together during expansion, which promotes mass and energy retention. Additional features include an exposed lead tip for controlled expansion, a secant ogive profile for ballistic efficiency, and a cannelure for consistent crimping. The jacket thickness is tapered to ensure reliable expansion across a wide range of velocities, while the one-piece core is designed to prevent separation. These bullets are provided in boxes of 100 and are not loaded ammunition.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
