Overview

Hornady DGS (Dangerous Game Solid) bullets are engineered with an advanced profile designed to penetrate thick hide, dense muscle, and hard bone to deliver maximum stopping power. Featuring a wide, flat nose, these bullets deliver high energy upon impact while resisting deformation and deflection. Each bullet incorporates a very hard, high-antimony lead core combined with a copper-clad steel jacket to maintain structural integrity and excellent weight retention through tough barriers. Uniform in shape and size with Hornady DGX eXpanding bullets, they allow shooters to reliably transition between solid and expanding rounds with little to no shift in point of aim or impact. This box contains 50 lead bullets featuring a cannelure and a 400-grain weight. Note that this is a reloading component and does not constitute loaded ammunition.
