The Hornady Custom Grade Series II 3-Die Set represents fine machined craftsmanship, offering easier adjustments, better alignment, and smooth functioning for reloading. This set features a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated sizing ring that eliminates case sticking and requires no lubrication while reducing abrasion for longer case life. The sizing die includes a Zip Spindle design that locks to prevent slippage and allows precise incremental adjustments. An elliptical expander provides smooth neck sizing, significantly reducing friction and case neck stretch. The seating system incorporates a floating bullet alignment sleeve, a floating steel seating stem, and a built-in crimper to align bullets, case necks, and seating stems before entry for benchrest precision. Also included are three Sure-Loc lock rings that clamp around the entire die to maintain constant pressure across the threads without damaging them, packaged in a plastic storage box.
