The Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension 3-Die Set for 9x18mm (9mm Makarov) ammunition reloading includes a full-length sizing die, an expanding die, and a bullet seating die. Designed for precision reloading, this set features a TiN (Titanium Nitride) coated sizing ring that eliminates the need for case lubrication while preventing brass sticking and scratching. The sizing die incorporates the non-slip Zip-Spindle design for positive locking and micro-adjustable depth control, alongside an elliptical expander that minimizes friction and case neck stretch. The bullet seating system utilizes a floating alignment sleeve, a floating steel seating stem, and a built-in crimper to hold the bullet, case neck, and seating stem in perfect alignment before seating begins. Each die is hand-polished to a mirror finish and built with custom-grade steel construction. The set includes three Sure-Loc lock rings, which clamp securely around the entire die body to maintain consistent settings without thread damage.
