Overview

The Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension 3-Die Set for .45 Colt is designed for precision reloading. The set includes a full-length sizing die, an expanding die, and a bullet seating die. The sizing die features a Titanium Nitride (TiN) coated sizing ring that eliminates the need for case lubrication and prevents scratching. It also utilizes an elliptical expander to reduce friction and case neck stretch, and a Zip Spindle design that allows for easy, positive-locking adjustments. The seating system features a floating bullet alignment sleeve, a floating steel seating stem, and a built-in crimper, which aligns the bullet and case neck before seating to ensure benchrest-grade accuracy. The set includes three Sure-Loc lock rings, which clamp around the die to hold settings securely without damaging the threads. A plastic storage box is included; a shellholder must be purchased separately.
