Overview

Hornady Custom Grade New Dimension 2-Die Sets are precision-machined and polished for smooth, reliable functioning without case sticking or excessive friction. The full-length sizing die features a Zip Spindle design that locks positively to prevent slippage while allowing incremental adjustments or rapid repositioning. An exclusive elliptical expander provides smooth neck sizing, reduces friction and case stretch, and eliminates the need for a separate necking-up die. The system utilizes an in-line bullet seating design with a floating alignment sleeve, floating steel seating stem, and a built-in crimper to hold the bullet, case neck, and seating stem in alignment before the bullet enters the case neck for enhanced benchrest-level accuracy. Sure-Loc lock rings clamp around the entire die body to apply even pressure across threads without damaging them, and a removable retainer spring allows for quick disassembly and cleaning. Each set is supplied in a compartmentalized, stackable storage box.
