Overview

The Hornady Lock-N-Load O.A.L. Gauge is a tool used to determine the proper bullet seating depth and freebore of a firearm to improve accuracy. It measures 12.5 inches closed and 19.25 inches extended, and features a locking nut to set length and a threaded end for caliber-specific modified cases. It is intended for use with bolt-action and single-shot firearms or any action with straight-line access to the chamber. Note that a caliber-specific modified case is required but not included.
