Overview

Hornady Precision Hunter 28 Nosler ammunition features a 162-grain Extremely Low Drag eXpanding (ELD-X) polymer-tipped bullet. Designed for hunting medium and large game, the load achieves a muzzle velocity of 3,175 fps and 3,626 ft-lbs of muzzle energy. The ELD-X projectile incorporates a Heat Shield tip that resists aerodynamic heating to maintain its shape and high ballistic coefficient across the trajectory. Featuring a streamlined secant ogive, optimum boattail design, and concentric AMP bullet jackets, the projectile utilizes a thick jacket shank and InterLock ring to ensure reliable core-jacket retention and controlled expansion upon impact. Each box contains 20 rounds of brass-cased ammunition.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
