Overview

The Hornady ELD-X (Extremely Low Drag - eXpanding) bullet is a match-accurate, all-range hunting projectile designed for medium-to-large game. These .308-diameter, 212-grain bullets feature a Heat Shield polymer tip that maintains its aerodynamic shape to deliver high ballistic coefficients across the entire trajectory. The design utilizes a streamlined secant ogive, an optimum boattail, and a concentric AMP bullet jacket. The bullet's construction, featuring a thick jacket shank and an InterLock ring, ensures controlled expansion and 50-60% weight retention at various practical hunting distances. This package contains 100 copper-coated lead-core bullets with a brass jacket. These are reloading components, not loaded ammunition.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
