Overview

The Hornady Lock-N-Load Bullet Comparator body is a precision reloading tool that attaches to any caliper to measure bullet seating depth from the ogive to the base of the case. By using this tool instead of measuring to the bullet tip, reloaders can eliminate seating depth variations. This body utilizes interchangeable inserts, sold separately, to accommodate calibers from .17 to .45. The comparator body features an off-center slot to facilitate alignment when used in conjunction with the Hornady Lock-N-Load Overall Length Gauge.
