Overview

The HM Defense Raider MC5 is a semi-automatic AR-15 tactical pistol chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO (.223 Rem) with a 30+1 capacity. It features a 9.50-inch 4150 Chrome Moly match-grade barrel with a 1/2"x28 TPI threaded muzzle, a carbine gas system, a 1:8" twist, and HM's patented Monobloc barrel with an integrally machined gas block. The upper and lower receivers are machined from 7075-T6 aluminum with a black hard coat anodized finish, housing an M16 bolt carrier with a patented HMB bolt and Mil-Spec components. Surrounding the barrel is an 8.50-inch free-floating 6061-T6 aluminum handguard with a Picatinny top rail and Magpul M-LOK mounting slots. The pistol includes an adjustable Shockwave 2.0 Blade stock/stabilizer, black polymer grips, and a QD end plate.
