Overview

The High Speed Gear ReFlex IFAK System is a two-piece medical gear platform—consisting of a med roll and a carrier—developed with input from active-duty medical personnel around the U.S. Army-issued IFAK supply standard. Constructed primarily from heavy-duty nylon laminate, the system provides ambidextrous accessibility and rapid deployment of emergency contents. It features high abrasion-resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite (HANK) grab handles, side slots for quick glove access, and loop panels for label patches, including a medical cross patch. The carrier can be mounted vertically or horizontally on belts ranging from 1.5 to 2.25 inches using mini-MOLLE compatibility for precise fitment, or horizontally on standard MOLLE panels. The interior med roll incorporates intentional organization features, a carry handle, and shock cord loops that allow the roll to be detached and secured to a patient or hung from an IV rack. Medical items are not included.
