Overview

The High Speed Gear Reflex IFAK System is a versatile two-piece platform consisting of a medical roll and a carrier, developed with input from active-duty medical personnel to provide ambidextrous, rapid access to critical supplies. Constructed from durable, heavy-duty nylon laminate, the system features HANK (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite) grab handles and shock cord loops for hanging the roll from an I.V. rack or attaching it to a patient. The design is intended to house supplies similar to those in U.S. Army-issued IFAKs; however, it is sold as an empty carrier and roll system, allowing users to customize the contents. The system is highly configurable, with mounting options that allow for vertical or horizontal attachment to belts (1.5" to 2.25") and horizontal mounting on MOLLE platforms. It includes side slots for rapid access to medical gloves without removing the roll from the carrier, and features loop panels on both the roll and carrier for label patches (a medical cross patch is included). The unit measures approximately 8" x 3" x 5.5" and is finished in black.
