Overview

The High Speed Gear Gen 2 X2R TACO is a versatile, double-magazine pouch designed to accommodate two AR-15 rifle magazines or similarly sized items. This generation is sleeker, lighter, and approximately 20% lighter than the original design, featuring laser-cut nylon laminate construction over a woven thermoplastic core. The pouch includes contoured molded sides that facilitate smooth magazine insertion and removal. Retention is fully adjustable via an integrated shock cord system, which can be secured through channels on the molded sides. The rear of the unit features 1/2-inch interval MOLLE webbing, allowing for secure mounting to both MOLLE platforms and belts; two HSG clips are included. The pouch is also compatible with HSG OTR cover accessories, allowing the user to configure the carrier for either open-top or covered operation.
