The Hi-Point 995TS Carbine is a semi-automatic, direct blowback rifle chambered in 9mm Luger with a 16.5-inch barrel and a 10-round capacity. +P rated to accept all factory ammunition, it features a flat dark earth (FDE) all-weather molded polymer skeletonized stock equipped with an internal recoil buffer. Standard equipment includes fully adjustable iron sights (rear peep and post front), a quick on/off thumb safety, a grip-mounted magazine release, a last-round lock-open feature, Weaver-style rails, a scope base, sling swivels, and a free trigger lock.
