Overview

The GrovTec Hammer Extension is a clamp-on steel accessory designed to enhance control and leverage when cocking hammer-fired actions. It is compatible with the Thompson/Center Contender single-shot pistol and the S&W Model 29 double-action revolver. The extension adds a serrated, horizontal grasping surface to the hammer spur, making it easier to operate when wearing gloves, shooting in wet conditions, or when using low-mounted optics. Featuring a black oxide finish for corrosion resistance, this extension is approximately 5.75 inches in length and can be mounted on either the right or left side of the hammer. It is engineered for secure attachment without requiring modifications to the firearm's action.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
