Overview

The Griffin Armament Taper Mount Linear Compensator is a 7.62mm muzzle device designed as a rock-solid interface for Griffin Taper Mount suppressors, including the RECCE, Paladin, EXPLORR, and Sportsman series. Billet-machined from two pieces of 17-4 stainless steel and precision TIG welded, this device features a large internal expansion chamber and a front cap with gas jet nozzles protected by a wire cutter shroud. This design funnels concussive blast forward and away from the shooter and bystanders. Featuring a black nitride finish, it can be used as a standalone muzzle device or as a suppressor mount. It includes a shim set and a pre-drilled 3mm hole for pinning and welding applications. Key dimensions include a 1.075-inch diameter, 2.27-inch overall length, and a weight of 2.5 ounces.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
