The Griffin Armament Taper Mount EZ Brake is a 7.62mm muzzle device constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel with a black nitride finish. Designed for use with the Griffin Taper Mount interface, it features six radial slots that provide effective recoil mitigation without the need for timing during installation. The taper design ensures a solid lock-up and minimal, repeatable point-of-impact shift. Weighing 2.0 ounces with an overall length of 1.4 inches, this mount is compatible with a 13/16-inch standard socket wrench. It is designed to interface with RECCE, Paladin, EXPLORR, Sportsman, Optimus, and Bushwhacker series silencers, with further compatibility for Revolution and Resistance series via appropriate adapters. A taper mount thread protector is available separately for added protection.
