Overview

The Griffin Armament Taper Mount EZ Brake is a lightweight suppressor mount for 7.62mm firearms, featuring 5/8"-24 threads. Constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel with a black nitride finish, this muzzle device provides effective recoil mitigation through its six radial slots. Designed for the Taper Mount interface, the EZ Brake weighs 2.0 ounces and features a taper design that ensures a solid lock-up and repeatable point-of-impact shift. Installation is simplified as the brake does not require timing and can be installed using a 13/16" standard socket wrench. It is compatible with RECCE, PALADIN, Sportsman, Optimus, and Bushwhacker series silencers, as well as Taper Mount thread protectors.
