Overview

The Griffin Armament High Endurance Dual Purpose (HEDP) barrel is an 11.5-inch AR-15 barrel chambered in .223 Wylde with an M4 contour and a 1:8-inch twist rate. It is manufactured from stress-relieved 416R stainless steel and finished with a black nitride coating for increased surface hardness and durability. This barrel features button-rifled 5R rifling, which is designed to reduce bullet deformation and barrel fouling. The bore is air-gauged and hand-lapped to ensure consistency, while the chamber and M4 feed ramps are polished prior to the nitriding process for reliable feeding and extraction. The barrel includes a .750-inch gas block journal and is equipped with suppressor-optimized gas ports and concentric, suppressor-ready threads to minimize point-of-impact shift when using muzzle devices.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
