Overview

The Griffin Armament DUAL-LOK Minimalist Muzzle Brake is constructed from 17-4 PH stainless steel with a black QPQ nitride finish to provide increased surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. Designed for 5.56mm firearms with 1/2"-28 threads, it incorporates a wear-resistant sacrificial baffle to extend silencer service life and compensating ports to reduce muzzle climb and felt recoil. The mounting system features 60 machined mounting position grooves paired with two locking positions machined out of phase by 3 degrees, yielding 120 effective locking positions for a secure, rock-solid suppressor mount with extremely low point-of-impact shift. Measuring under 1.5 inches in length and weighing 2.3 to 2.6 ounces, the brake adds minimal weight and length to the host barrel. It includes 3/4" wrench flats and a shim set for timing.
