Overview

The GG&G M1A Scout Scope Mount is a low-profile optics platform engineered for the M1A Scout Squad and SOCOM 16 rifles that feature a factory handguard cutout. The mount is machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum and provides 7 inches of Picatinny rail space for red dot or long eye-relief scopes. The mount includes a wide center channel, allowing the shooter to continue using the rifle's iron sights without removing the optic. Installation requires no gunsmithing or permanent modifications to the rifle as it secures directly into the existing handguard cutout. The unit is finished in black.
