Overview

The Geissele Super Duty AR-15 is a semi-automatic rifle chambered in 5.56 NATO, featuring a 16-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7 twist. The rifle is equipped with a mid-length gas system and a Geissele Super Compact Gas Block. It utilizes a Nanoweapon-coated Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group (REBCG) with a stressproof Carpenter 158+ bolt. The lower receiver is precision-machined from 7075-T6 aluminum and includes the Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit, featuring an ambidextrous safety and an ultra-precision trigger guard. The rifle comes standard with an SSA-E X trigger with a Lightning Bow, a Surefire SF3P flash hider, and a 15-inch MK16 Super Modular M-LOK rail that interfaces with the upper receiver via a center-aligning tab to prevent rotation. The package is completed with a B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD stock, an A2-style grip, and a Geissele buffer tube with a Super-42 H2 buffer.
