Overview

The Geissele Super Duty MOD1-A is a 5.56 NATO short-barreled rifle featuring a 12.5-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with a Geissele Tapered Profile and 1:7 twist rate. It utilizes a carbine-length gas system paired with a Super Compact Gas Block and a Super 42 braided spring with an H3 buffer to ensure reliable cycling. The platform comes finished in black hard-anodized Type III 7075-T6 aluminum. This rifle is equipped with fully ambidextrous controls and the SSA-E X trigger featuring a Lightning Bow and Nanoweapon-coated internals. Other features include a Stressproof Bolt (Carpenter 158+), Airborne Charging Handle, and a HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD 556 for suppressor compatibility. The build is completed with a B5 Systems Enhanced SOPMOD stock, Geissele A17 grip, and an Ultra Duty Lower Parts Kit. This is an NFA-regulated short-barreled rifle.
