Overview

The Geissele Automatics Reliability Enhancement Kit for the AR-15 platform includes an enhanced 5.56 mm bolt carrier group, a Super 42 braided buffer spring, and an H3 buffer weight. The M16-profile, full-auto-rated bolt carrier group features an 8620 steel carrier, an H13 steel cam pin, and a forged Carpenter 158 steel bolt that undergoes proprietary heat-treating, high-pressure testing (HPT), and magnetic particle inspection (MPI). The carrier is coated in a Nanoweapon Chrome-Nitride finish to increase surface hardness, corrosion resistance, and smoothness, and it features extended upper rails to prevent carrier tilt and improve feeding reliability.
