Overview

The Geissele Super Modular Rail (SMR) MK4 Federal is a 10-inch free-floating handguard for AR-15 platforms, designed to meet FBI specifications. It is constructed from 7000-series aluminum with a Type III hardcoat anodized Desert Dirt Color (DDC) finish. The rail features M-LOK slots at the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions and upper 45-degree quadrants, along with integrated M1913 Picatinny rail sections at the front in the 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, including an elongated bottom rail. The handguard has a 1.35-inch inner diameter to provide suppressor clearance and features extensive venting to aid in heat dissipation and weight reduction. It weighs approximately 10.2 ounces (11.8 ounces with the Geissele barrel nut) and is compatible with all MIL-SPEC AR-15 uppers.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
