Overview

The Geissele AR-15 Super Duty MOD1 complete upper receiver is chambered in 5.56x45mm and features a 13.9-inch cold hammer forged, chrome-lined barrel with a 1:7 twist rate. A pinned and welded HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device brings the assembly to a legal 16-inch overall length. The mid-length gas system utilizes a super compact gas block tucked beneath a 12.9-inch SMR MK16 M-LOK free-float handguard, which mates to the upper via a center-aligning tab to prevent rotation. Internal components include the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group with a Nanoweapon coating, an H13 steel cam pin, and a forged Carpenter 158+ Stressproof bolt designed for extended service life. The upper also features an ambidextrous Airborne charging handle, integrated stainless steel QD sling mount inserts, and a durable anodized black finish.
