The Geissele Super Duty MOD1 Complete Upper Receiver is a next-generation upper chambered in 5.56x45mm with a 16-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined manganese phosphate-coated heavy barrel featuring a 1-7 twist. Equipped with a nanoweapon-coated HUXWRX Flash Hider-QD muzzle device and a Geissele Super Compact Gas Block installed via a bomb-proof method, this upper ensures exceptional reliability. The 15-inch Super Modular Rail MK16 securely mates to the receiver via a center-aligning tab to prevent rotation and provide ample M-LOK mounting space. At the core of the operating system is the Geissele Reliability Enhanced Bolt Carrier Group, featuring extended upper rails for stability, a staked chrome-lined gas key, and an H13 steel cam pin. The included Geissele Stressproof bolt is forged from cleaner Carpenter 158+ steel with an optimized grain structure to deliver extended service life. The upper is completed with an Airborne Charging Handle and a cam pin cut-out receiver, delivering unmatched performance and accuracy for the AR-15 platform.
