Overview

The Geissele Super 42 buffer and spring combo is designed to improve the function, reliability, and lifespan of AR-15 pattern rifles. Utilizing a unique spring design modeled after the German MG42 machine gun with three independent strands of wire, it acts as a harmonic damper and energy absorber to flex separately and displace excess energy. This design reduces spring failure rates, helps strip rounds reliably when using steel-case ammunition or a dirty weapon, and eliminates spring reverberation twang. The spring features a 15% stronger average return force than standard buffer springs, though it is not compatible with rifle-length or A5 buffer tubes or recommended for use with 300 Blackout subsonic ammunition.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
