Overview

The Freedom Ordnance FX-9 is a semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 4-inch black nitride steel barrel and a 32-round capacity. Designed with modularity in mind, the receiver is machined from billet aluminum with type III hard-coat anodizing, and features hard black nitrided steel components including the bolt, ejector, last-round hold open, feed ramp, and extractor. It comes equipped with a free-float M-LOK handguard, a 3-inch faux suppressor, an AR-15 pistol grip, an AR-15 safety selector, a proprietary AR-15 style magazine release and rear charging handle, an SB Mini brace, and a pistol receiver extension compatible with mil-spec buffer tubes. The firearm accepts Glock-style magazines.
