The Forster Co-Ax XL Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring is a precision reloading accessory designed to fit standard 7/8"-14 thread dies from most manufacturers. Unlike traditional designs that use a screw tightening directly into the threads, this aluminum ring features an easy-to-use steel cross bolt connecting both ends of the ring. This system clamps uniformly around the entire die body, preventing canting and delivering a precise, reliable mating of lock ring threads to die threads without causing damage. Adjustments require only a 7/64-inch hex key.
