Overview

The FN 509 Compact delivers full-sized pistol performance in a concealable, striker-fired platform designed for everyday carry. Built with a 3.7-inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel featuring a recessed target crown and polished chamber and feed ramp, this 9mm pistol offers exceptional accuracy and reliability. The matte black polymer frame incorporates enhanced grip textures for superior recoil management and control, complemented by two interchangeable backstraps to fit individual hand sizes. Its design features low-profile, snag-free sights, a flat-faced trigger that provides a cleaner break, and fully ambidextrous slide stop levers and magazine releases. External features include aggressive slide serrations, an external extractor with a loaded chamber indicator, and a MIL-STD-1913 accessory mounting rail. Depending on the specific configuration, it ships with either two 10-round magazines or a combination of 12-round and 15-round magazines, and is fully compatible with higher capacity FN 509 magazines utilizing appropriate sleeves.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
