Overview

The FN 509 Midsize is a semi-automatic 9mm Luger pistol designed for concealed carry while retaining full-sized performance. It features a 4-inch cold hammer-forged stainless steel barrel with a recessed target crown, a matte black serrated stainless steel slide with improved front and rear cocking serrations, and a polymer frame equipped with a MIL-STD-1913 Picatinny accessory mounting rail. Operating with a flat-faced trigger for a cleaner break and more controllable press, the pistol includes fully ambidextrous controls and improved texturing on its two interchangeable backstraps for superior recoil management. It ships with a 10+1 capacity and includes two magazines and a protective case.
