Overview

The FN 509 Compensator Accessory Kit for the 9 Compact pistol includes a 4.34-inch cold hammer-forged barrel and a proprietary, quick-detach compensator. The barrel utilizes non-threaded mounting lugs, allowing the compensator to be attached and removed without the use of tools. The compensator is machined from stainless steel with a PVD finish and features V-style ports that redirect gases and flash away from the shooter’s field of view. This system is designed to reduce muzzle rise by up to 25 percent and decrease felt recoil, resulting in flatter shooting and improved control during follow-up shots. The barrel features a 1:10-inch twist rate with a polished chamber and feed ramp for reliability. It utilizes the pistol's original factory recoil spring and retains a consistent sight picture through the use of the compensating ports.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
