Overview

The FN SCAR 17S DMR is a piston-driven semi-automatic rifle chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor. It features a 16.25-inch cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined free-floating steel barrel with a 1:8" twist and a 5/8"x24 threaded muzzle. The rifle utilizes a monolithic aluminum upper receiver with a black anodized finish and MIL-STD-1913 accessory rails at the 3, 6, 9, and 12 o'clock positions. This model is equipped with dual non-reciprocating charging handles that are user-swappable for ambidextrous operation. It includes a Geissele Super SCAR two-stage match trigger, an adjustable SSR rear stock with a cheek rest, and a black A2 grip. Ambidextrous controls include the safety lever and magazine release.
