Overview

The FN AR-15 barrel is 18 inches in length and chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO. It is cold hammer-forged from proprietary high-grade Chrome Moly Vanadium steel (Mil-B-11595E) and designed to withstand sustained fire. The barrel features a 1:7-inch twist rate, a rifle-length gas system, and a .750-inch gas seat diameter. Both the bore and chamber are chrome-lined for corrosion resistance and heat erosion protection. The exterior is finished in a matte black manganese phosphate, and the unit includes M4-style feed ramps and a 1/2x28 threaded muzzle. Each barrel is magnetic particle inspected (MPI) to ensure structural integrity.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
