The FMK Firearms AR-1 Extreme is a stripped lower receiver for the AR-15 platform, manufactured in the USA from a high-impact composite polymer. This lightweight receiver weighs 4.3 ounces and is designed to provide superior strength and durability while resisting environmental stressors like heat, salt spray, and UV exposure. The AR-1 Extreme is compatible with standard mil-spec upper receivers (up to .50 Beowulf) and most current AR-15 lower parts kits, stocks, and grips. The design features reinforced magwell dimensions and aggressive ejection port undercuts to ensure reliable feeding and magazine retention. This lower receiver bears a custom engraving of a Thomas Jefferson quote.
