Overview

The Flex-Hone Pistol Cylinder Hone for .45 ACP is designed to create a smooth, clean surface within handgun cylinders, effectively removing machining imperfections. This process results in a more regular surface that improves lubricant retention and reduces the likelihood of fouling and corrosion. The hone features abrasive globules mounted on flexible nylon filaments attached to a twisted steel wire shaft. It provides an abrasive surface length of 1-5/8 inches and an overall length of 3 inches. For optimal results, the manufacturer recommends using a dedicated Flex-Hone oil during operation.
