Overview

Federal Premium Prairie Storm FS 16-gauge ammunition is engineered for upland hunting applications, featuring 2.75-inch shells loaded with a 1 1/8 oz payload of #4 lead shot. Designed to deliver a muzzle velocity of 1,425 fps, these shells utilize specially formulated, clean-burning propellants and reliable primers for consistent ignition. The load incorporates the rear-opening FLITECONTROL FLEX wad, which can be used through both ported and standard upland chokes. Its unique mixed payload consists of 70 percent standard copper-plated lead and 30 percent FLITESTOPPER lead, working together to produce full, even edge-to-edge patterns, create larger wound channels, and maintain retained velocity and energy for increased lethality in the field.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
