The Faxon Match Series 6.5 Grendel barrel is an 18-inch heavy contour barrel featuring a 1:8 twist rate and a durable black nitride finish. It is machined from gun-barrel quality bar-stock steel and utilizes 5R rifling to reduce jacket deformation and increase velocity. The barrel extension is coated in Nickel Teflon for improved lubricity and a tighter fit to the receiver. Additional features include an 11-degree target crown, a mid-length gas system, and full magnetic particle inspection (MPI).
