Overview

The Faxon Match Series Heavy Fluted AR-15 Barrel is a 20-inch precision barrel chambered in .223 Wylde with a 1:8" twist rate. Manufactured from 416-R stainless steel bar stock with 5R rifling and an 11-degree target crown, it is designed to optimize performance for both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO ammunition. The heavy fluted profile reduces overall weight (2.08 lbs) and enhances heat dissipation during extended firing sessions, while a black nitride finish inside and out provides durability and corrosion resistance. It features a rifle-length gas port, a .750" gas block size, and a Nickel Teflon-coated barrel extension.

About DealsGunsAmmo (DGA)

A price and stock aggregator built for a market the incumbents stopped improving.

We compare listings across dozens of retailers and normalize everything to true cost-per-round — not sticker price, not case-size guesswork.

Who we are

DealsGunsAmmo (DGA) is an independent data provider tracking price and stock across the ammo, firearm, and parts market — giving buyers and the industry an outside, macro-level view of where the market actually stands.

What we’re building

A data-driven platform meant to be the go-to spot for purchasing decisions — comparing offers across vendors and tracking price history, so you can read the market as a whole, not just one listing at a time.

Who we serveNOW

Today, we help buyers on their purchasing journey with price alerts and a real look at where prices have actually been.

LaterNEXT

Down the road, we plan to sell that same market data back to vendors — inventory demand, customer interest and sentiment, and competitive pricing.
