Overview

The Faxon Match Series AR-10 barrel is chambered in .308 Winchester and features an 18-inch length with a heavy, fluted contour. It is constructed from gun-barrel quality bar-stock steel with a black nitride finish, and includes a Nickel Teflon-coated extension for improved lubricity and receiver fit. The barrel utilizes 5R rifling with a 1:10" twist rate to reduce jacket deformation and increase velocity. Additional features include an 11-degree target crown, a rifle-length gas system, and a .750-inch gas block seat. The barrel is MPI inspected and weighs 2.25 lbs.
