Overview

The Faxon Match Series Gunner barrel is precision-machined from 416R stainless steel, designed for 300 AAC Blackout AR-15 builds. It features a 10.5-inch length with a 1:8-inch twist rate and 5R button rifling. The barrel is finished with a salt bath nitride coating inside and out for corrosion and wear resistance, and utilizes a .750-inch gas block journal with a pistol-length gas system. The Gunner profile combines the durability of a government profile with the weight distribution of a pencil barrel. It includes a Nickel Teflon-coated M4 barrel extension to improve lubricity and receiver fit. Additional specifications include 5/8x24 muzzle threads and a recessed 11-degree target crown. Every barrel is stress-relieved, air-gauge tested, magnetic particle inspected, and headspace verified.
