The Faxon Match Series AR-15 barrel is chambered in 223 Wylde and features a durable black nitride finish. Machined in-house from gun-barrel quality bar stock, it incorporates an 11-degree target crown, button rifling, and a hybrid 5R rifling profile designed to reduce jacket deformation, increase velocity, and simplify cleaning. The barrel extension is coated in Nickel Teflon to provide dry lubricity, improve corrosion resistance, and ensure a tight, accurate fit with the receiver.
