Overview

The Faxon Firearms Ascent is a complete 16-inch upper receiver group chambered in .22 ARC. Designed for the AR-15 platform, it features a Faxon 16-inch Gunner barrel and a rifle-length gas system. The assembly includes a Faxon enhanced forged upper receiver, a 15-inch aluminum handguard, a 6.5 Grendel nitrided bolt carrier group, and an A2 birdcage flash hider. This upper receiver is finished in black and is backed by Faxon's lifetime guarantee.
