Overview

The Faxon Duty Series AR-15 barrel is chambered in 300 AAC Blackout with a 16-inch length and a 1:8" twist rate. Machined in-house from certified 4150 steel, it features a durable QPQ nitride finish, magnetic particle inspection, and air-gauge testing for optimal accuracy. The barrel utilizes Faxon's innovative Gunner profile, which combines the durability of a government profile with the weight savings and balance of a pencil profile to reduce shooter fatigue. Additional features include a carbine-length gas system, a .750" gas block size, an M4 barrel extension, an 11-degree target crown, and button rifling.
