Overview

The FailZero AR-10 Bolt Carrier Group (DPMS pattern) is designed for Mil-Spec AR-10 upper receivers. Critical components—including the bolt, extractor, carrier, cam pin, carrier key, and firing pin—are treated with EXO Nickel Boron technology for dry lubricity and enhanced wear resistance. The carrier features a black exterior topcoat designed for non-reflective properties, while interior contact points and wear areas will show the underlying Nickel Boron finish during operation. The extractor is equipped with a heavy spring, silicone insert, and o-ring for reliable extraction tension.
