The FailZero M16/M4 Bolt Carrier Group comes fully assembled and ready to drop into most Mil-Spec AR-15 and M16/M4 upper receivers chambered in 5.56x45mm. Featuring a black finish, this bolt carrier group utilizes patented EXO Nickel Boron coating on critical components—including the bolt, extractor, bolt carrier, cam pin, carrier key, and firing pin—to deliver permanent dry lubricity, extreme durability, and enhanced resistance to wear and corrosion. The extractor hardware includes a heavy spring, silicone insert, and O-ring to provide optimal extraction tension.
